I am Zsuzsanna Mónos, dermatologist, cosmetologist and clinical oncologist, head of the dermatology and oncodermatology department at ProctoMed Center.

I graduated in general medicine from the Semmelweis Medical University in Budapest in 1977.
Since 1984 I worked at the Department of Dermatology of the Szent István Hospital of Budapest, where I was the head of the oncodermatology department (outpatient clinics for moles, skin tumours and melanoma and chemotherapy inpatient department) from 1995.
I started in private practice in May 1996 and have been running my own private dermatology practice since 2005.
In my private practice I mainly deal with oncodermatology: screening, treatment, surgical removal and care of mole and skin tumours, as well as general dermatology.
I have participated and continue to participate as a speaker in numerous national, foreign, European and world congresses and training courses, where I have given presentations and posters.
For 20 years I have been a regular participant in the bi-annual continuing education master courses organised by the Department of Dermatology in Munich.
My publications have appeared in the Journal of Dermatology, the medical journal Praxis and the Journal of Continuing Medical Education in General Practice, and I have been regularly featured in the written and verbal media.
For many years, I taught oncodermatology to resident and family medicine colleagues on behalf of the Department of Family Medicine, SOTE.
In 2006 the Medicina Publishing Ltd.
published by Medicina Publ. in 2006, I wrote the chapter on oncodermatology.
I am a member of the Hungarian Society of Dermatology, the Section of Oncodermatology and the Hungarian Society of Clinical Oncology and a member of the European Academy of Dermatology (EADV).
I consider it essential to use up-to-date, modern techniques in prevention, treatment and cure, which must always be combined with maximum professionalism and empathy for our patients!
With this in mind, I strive to provide my patients with complex care that meets all their needs.
