I completed my university studies at the Faculty of General Medicine of the University of Pécs.
I spent one academic year abroad in the United States and France.
I graduated in 2013, and in the same year I was admitted to the Institute of Surgical Education and Research at the University of Pécs, where I am still involved in the teaching of undergraduate and postgraduate courses in Hungarian and English.
At the same time, also in 2013, I entered the surgical training programme at the Department of Surgery of the University of Pécs, and in 2019 I passed the specialist examination with excellent results.
I started my scientific activity in 2015, when I was admitted to the Doctoral School of Clinical Medicine of the University of Pécs as an individual trainee, where I conducted research on “Some new clinical and experimental aspects of the etiology and treatment of esophageal diseases”.
I published my scientific results in several international journals and presented them at national and international congresses, and successfully defended my doctoral thesis and obtained my Ph.D. degree.
During my training, I participated in a professional study visit to Switzerland, at the clinic of the world-renowned proctologist and perineologist, Professor Dr. Bruno Roche.
This study visit, and in parallel, the professional work of Dr. Éva Csatár, Chief Medical Director, has established and inspired my professional interests.
I gained an insight into the high school of rectal surgery and the individualised, sophisticated and effective treatment of a wide variety of proctological diseases.
It was then that I decided to specialise in this area of surgery.
My goal is to find an effective and quick solution to every patient’s complaint, using the state-of-the-art equipment of the ProctoMed Center in a relaxed and relaxed environment.
